The sense of safety and tranquillity at La Tour Daikanyama is enhanced by our five-level security system, which incorporates state-of-the-art security technology along with monitoring by onsite staff.
The front gate is manned by a security guard, and security cameras constantly monitor the grounds. Inside the main foyer, staff at the concierge desk greet everyone entering the building and notify residents when their visitors arrive. After the visitor's identification is confirmed by the resident, they are allowed to enter the rest of the building using a provided security card that gives access to the designated area. The elevators are equipped with a security card system that allows access only to the designated floor. Finally, each apartment is accessible by security card, and a security camera allows those inside to verify who is at their door.
This system is designed to enable fast, convenient access for residents and their guests, while at the same time maintaining a high level of security and peace of mind.
